supervision warehouse delivery and customs documents required
Customer delivery, please prepare four copies of the loading and
unloading of paper (S / O copy), together with the following
documents and pay customs warehouse goods to the customs hall on
the fourth floor of Heng Sheng-hui warehouse to pay a single
warehouse contributions:
A. General trade customs documents required
(In the case enterprise is beyond the jurisdiction of Shenzhen
Customs,business units must have a record in Shenzhen Customs)
1. Declaration copy (duly completed in duplicate. Detailed
information on the declaration must be marked: Commodity name and
classification code, quantity, value, export business units 10
digit code, destination country, destination port, so as the
purpose to make declaration print);
2. Customs Power of Attorney (export unit entrust customs broker to
handle customs clearance business purposes, cover seals, have been
completed);
3. The original sales contract (signed with foreign merchants of
goods sale and purchase agreement, cover seal);
4. Commercial invoice (in duplicate, cover the financial seal,has
been completed);
5. Packing list (in duplicate, cover seals, have been completed);
6. Foreign exchange verification sheet (settlement);
7. VAT invoices original (general trade customs declaration, as
required);
8. Warehousing power of attorney (cap seal);
9. Clearance Note of outbound cargo, quota certificates, export
permits (based on the regulatory requirements to provide);
10. Shipping order paper (S / O) in quadruplicate.
B. Manual customs documents required
(In the case enterprise beyond the jurisdiction of Shenzhen
Customs, the manual shall be recorded in Shenzhen Customs.)
1. Declaration copy (duly completed in duplicate. Detailed
information on the declaration must be marked: Commodity name and
classification code, quantity, value, export business units
encoding,destination country, destination port, so as purpose to
print declaration);
2. Customs Power of Attorney (export unit entrust customs broker to
handle customs clearance business purposes,cover seals, has been
completed; processing business units need to affix seal);
3. Original Contract Handbook (issued by the Customs for the
record, mainly including materials processing, processing with
imported materials);
4. Commercial invoice (in duplicate, cover the financial seal, has
been completed);
5. Packing list (in duplicate, cover seals, have been completed);
6. Foreign exchange verification sheet (processing business units
required to seal stamped);
7. Warehousing power of attorney (cap seal);
8. Clearance Note of outbound cargo, quota certificates, export
permits (based on the goods regulatory requirements to provide);
9. Shipping order paper (S / O) in quadruplicate.
C. Transit customs documents required
1. Declaration is one copy and one original (the completed copy,
detailed information on the declaration must be marked: Commodity
name and classification code, quantity, value, export business
units encoding,destination country,destination port, so as to the
purpose of printed declaration);
2. Loading drivers book (issued by the Customs for the record and
registered to agree to carry the goods vehicles of customs
control);
3. Cargo listing original (Customs check by it in computer, the
list of main contents are: commodity name, quantity, value, Customs
office of departure and the port customs name and code, customs
block number, the customs seals and signatures, etc.); Note: If
between the port director of Customs and Export Customs (referring
to the Dapeng Customs) have no computer networking, so customs seal
(letters) to replace the cargo listing;
4. Warehousing power of attorney (cap seal);
5. Shipping order paper (S / O) in quadruplicate.
D. Warehousing Note:
1. Goods of warehousing and customs clearance on the "Remarks"
column of the export declaration entry:
"Into the costoms supervised warehouse of Heng Sheng Hui"
2. When transit customs manufacturers on the local customs
declarations should note:
(1) "exit port" should denote "Dapeng Customs" (code: 5316);
(2) "method of transport" denotes "supervision" or "supervision
warehouse";
(3) "arrived in country" denotes "China"; "the transportation
country" denotes "Chinese territory"
(4) "shipping mark and Remarks" denotes "transit into the customs
supervised warehouse of Heng Sheng Hui" For a tax refund, please
also indicate in this column.
3. Warehouse orders Hours: Mon-Sat 08:30-12:00 am
13:30-15:30 pm (15:00 cut customs clearance, transit cut-off 15:30)
